Chattanooga has long been a donut desert compared to other cities—until now, our only consistent option was Dunkin’, and while that’s fine in a pinch, it doesn’t scratch the itch for legit, fresh-made donuts. And yes, I know people love Julie Darling, but let’s be honest: that’s more of a boutique dessert stop. OH WOW! DONUTS is the real thing—a true donut shop with a full spread of yeast-based donuts, not just fancy cake ones. I ordered a dozen of their variety donuts, and everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully made. The glazed donut was classic and delicious, and my kids went nuts for the chocolate sprinkled ones. I also tried their croissant sausage and egg sandwich and one of their pigs-in-a-blanket (they don’t call them Kolaches, but we all know what it is!). Both were super satisfying and clearly made with care. They’ve also got a solid lineup of coffee beverages, which I didn’t try this time—but based on everything else, I’m confident they’re great too. My kids were happy, I was happy, and honestly it just feels so good to have this kind of spot in our community. Wishing OH WOW!
